OFFICIAL RULES FOR:
THE “GET ME TO THE GRAMMYS” CONTEST
Here are the official rules for the “Get Me to the Grammys” contest, being conducted by Results Radio LLC (hereafter referred to as “Station”) starting January 19 and ending 1pm January 29 2016.
The Station may change the dates and/or terms, conditions, or rules of the contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be broadcast and posted on Station websites. Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest as it deems necessary if it is not capable of completion as planned including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any kind.
To enter, listen to the station Monday through Friday in the Contest Hours of 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm January 19 to 28, and 8am, 10am, 12pm on January 29. The station will announce a contest keyword. Enter that keyword in the online entry form posted on the Station website before it expires at the end of the contest hour.
An Alternate Means of Entry is to visit a participating sponsor retail outlet to obtain a Retail Bonus Contest Keyword, during the sponsor’s regular business hours. Visit the station website or listen for sponsor names and locations.
The contest is open to all US citizens who are age 18 years or older and reside in the State of California, and who are members of Station’s online fan club except as follows:
Employees of Results Radio LLC, affiliates, other radio stations and their immediate families are not allowed to participate or win. No purchase is necessary and void where prohibited by law. Results Radio LLC is not responsible for technological errors or failures of the phone, text, internet, email, or computer systems. Listeners of the station’s online stream may not be able to participate in or be disadvantaged in participating in certain contests due to delays with the streaming of the broadcast signal.
Participation in contest will be limited to one entry per individual per each Contest Hour and per each Retail Bonus Contest Keyword.
Contestants are required to provide truthful information to Station on entry and during entire operation of the contest. Station will reject any entry it discovers to be based upon false or fraudulent information.
The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, and to disqualify that contestant from entering or winning future contests.
The prize is 2 Bronze Level Tickets to the Grammy Awards 2016, 2 tickets for the official Grammy After Party, 2 tickets for the Grammy Museum, Round Trip Airfare for 2 from Sacramento to LAX Sunday Feb 14 returning Tuesday Feb 16, 2 nights at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel double occupancy, and $300 Visa Gift Card for airport transfers and leisure. Total value is $4370 based on RPMC retail value.
1 Semi-Finalist will be selected by random drawing from all qualified entries in each Contest Hour and Retail Bonus Contest Keyword. Grandprize Winner will be selected and awarded on January 29 2016 after 1PM by random drawing from all Semi-Finalists. Chance of winning depends on number of entries.
Winner will be notified of their prize by telephone. If the initial winner cannot be contacted or fails to appear and sign required affidavits and releases within 2 business days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner to be selected at random from the original pool of qualified entries.
Results Radio LLC reserves the right to make rule changes which become effective upon announcement. Failure to comply with rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification. Written contest rules are available on our website and at our business office.
All decisions of the judges will be final.
Station offices are closed on Legal Holidays. Prize must be picked up by advance appointment at the offices of Results Radio LLC Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm in the winner’s local market at 1 of these locations:

To claim the prize, winner will be required to present valid, government-issued photo identification and personal social security number together with complete personal residence address, date of birth, and phone number, all such information to exactly match the information as supplied by contestant with entry. Prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner. Prize is non-transferrable and may not be substituted for any reason.
Taxes are not included. Payment of taxes will be the responsibility of winner. Participants will be required to fill out a W-9 form.
By entering contest, contestants and winners agree to indemnify Results Radio LLC from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from use of the prize or participation in this contest, and contestants and winners agree to allow use of their name and voice in radio station marketing materials. Winners agree to sign publicity releases prior to accepting the prize.
